This seminar was successfully held on 17 October 2012 at Ritz Carlton Hotel-Jakarta and attended by most of professional Contact Center in various industries around 135 participants. There were 3 keynote speakers: Ms. Grace Heny spoke on Revealing Current Call Center Trend topic, Ms. Tutiek from PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia spoke on BPO Outsourcing and the last Ms. Novie Marlika from Astra World and Mr. Dani Reinhard from PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk spoke on Call Center value. Lastly, the Call Center handbook written by Ms. Grace Heny officially launched, and available at Gramedia bookstore.
